• All payments must be made in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• Course fees are due at the time of enrollment
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our refund policy

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds may be available within 30 days of course enrollment, subject to the following conditions:

• Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
• Less than 25% of course content has been accessed
• Valid reason for dissatisfaction is provided
• No violation of these Terms has occurred

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content on our Services, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, software, and course materials, is owned by PlastDiger Center or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

6.3 Restrictions
